What to know before
The ride is slow-paced and suitable for beginners with no riding experience required. Riders must weigh under 90 kg for safety reasons. Reservations will not be accepted if this limit is exceeded. Infants are not allowed to sit on laps. Hotel transfers are available but not included in the price.
